Banyan Tree School is spread across a sprawling campus of 25000 Square feet in heart of Gomti Nagar. Our temple of knowledge is built keeping in mind the synergy between natural surroundings and manmade amenities. We endeavor to provide the best to our children. The following is a brief description of facilities at BTS Lucknow
Classroom - We have well ventilated, large, air conditioned and well equipped classrooms . The student teacher ratio is 15: 1. The class consists of a mini library, the whole set of Bhatia Battery , a toy corner, two pin up boards- one at a low height, to facilitate usage by the children themselves and the other larger one to display charts , work-sheets of the children, etc. The furniture used in the classroom is colourful and child friendly. The wall opposite to the pin up boards has a colourfully decorated flex with cartoon characters. There is a black board, a personal computer and a music system as well in the class. There is one ayah assigned to each class room.
Play Area - Indoor - We have slides, rocking horses and seesaw to play with.
Outdoor - At BTS, we believe that learning should not be confined to the classroom. Therefore, we have huge green lawns. There is a sand pit in our garden.
Amphitheatre - We have an open amphitheatre as in all our branches. The amphitheatre gives a chance to the children to perform everyday, from a higher pedestal and overcome their stage fright. It also gives the building a unique look and ventilates the whole area. All the functions of the school are also conducted here. The children closely witness and experience all the phases of Mother Nature as well, which is not possible in stereo type school constructions, where the children have no choice but to view the outside environment only from small, inadequate windows.
Other Amenities - The washrooms are hygienic, child-friendly and are cleaned everyday. A Reverse osmosis water purifier is installed to provide safe drinking water.
